Customer Experience Dashboard
Repair facilities with Update Plus features enabled have access to the Customer Experience Dashboard. This dashboard provides the ability to manage customer communications on open workfiles.
The Customer Experience dashboard generates a Reply to text or Reply to email To Do when a text or email is received from the customer via Update Promise.

Open workfiles appear in one of 4 category tiles:
- Recent Opportunities
- In Progress
- Ready to Deliver
- Recently Delivered
The dashboard displays all workfiles for a given estimator. Filter options include by individual estimator, unassigned, and all workfiles. Workfiles are grouped under the Ready to Deliver panel. The text color for each workfile indicates the following:
- Red - Repair status update with the customer is overdue
- Black - Customer contact is due today regarding repair status
- Grey - Customer contact is due in the future
Additionally, the following Customer reports have also been added in the Customer Experience Dashboard:
- Customer Replies
- Promise Date Accuracy
